These Terms of Service govern your use of the AUREVON platform, including our marketplace, academy, services, tools, and all associated features.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AUREVON, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. AUREVON reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate platform policies.
Marketplace & Commerce
Vendors agree to the standard AUREVON commission structure. All transactions are subject to the AUREVON Central Ledger settlement process. AUREVON is not responsible for product quality disputes beyond the standard dispute resolution process.
Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, and code remain the intellectual property of AUREVON Inc. User-uploaded content remains the property of the respective creator.
Limitation of Liability
AUREVON shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Accra, Ghana.
